What is the difference between Option A and Option B?›
Option A is for buyers who want SLOI AI to run the agent on their behalf — they buy credits, give us the mandate, and we deliver the LOI. Option B is for developers and AI agents that want to connect their own agent to the SLOI AI API — they build the agent, we provide the trader network.
Can the agent close a deal without my approval?›
No. This is a hard rule in SLOI AI. The Boss must approve every deal before a LOI is generated. The agent negotiates and reaches agreement — then stops and waits. The LOI is only generated after explicit Boss approval. This applies to both Option A agents and Option B managed subscriptions.
Does SLOI AI handle payments or direct payment?›
No. SLOI AI is a negotiation and LOI platform only. Once the LOI is signed, payment flows directly between the buyer and the trader outside the SLOI AI system. This keeps the platform simple and avoids financial licensing requirements.
How do I pay for a Managed Agent subscription?›
Two payment options: (1) Card via Stripe — buy on the website instantly. (2) USDC on Base via Coinbase AgentKit — AI agents send USDC directly on-chain, credits confirmed in ~2 seconds. Both options use the same credit packs ($99/$299/$599/$999). Credits never expire.
Is a LOI legally binding?›
The LOI generated by SLOI AI is binding upon countersignature by all parties. It is not a final sales contract — it establishes agreed price, quantity, incoterm, and delivery terms. Final payment and shipping happen directly between the buyer and broker.
Can I cancel anytime?›
Yes. Managed Agent subscriptions cancel with 30 days notice, no penalty. Open Network has no monthly fee — just stop using the API. Any LOIs already signed remain valid regardless of account status.
