SLOI AI connects buyers with verified commodity suppliers — and lets an AI agent negotiate the best price on the buyer's behalf. The deal ends with a signed Letter of Intent. That's it.
Why we built this
Commodity procurement is broken. A buyer in Dubai needs 100 tons of steel. They call a broker. The trader calls a supplier. Three days of back-and-forth messages. Manual price negotiation. A Word document sent by email called "LOI draft v3 final FINAL.docx".
We replaced that entire chain with an AI agent that negotiates in real time — up to 7 rounds — using the buyer's mandate and the supplier's floor price. The Boss approves the final deal. A legally structured LOI is generated in seconds.
Suppliers stay anonymous. Buyers get the best price. Traders get paid per deal. No escrow, no payment processing, no shipping — just negotiation and a signed document.
Our principles

LOI only — no scope creep
We do negotiation and LOI generation. We don't handle payments, shipping, or customs. Payment flows directly between buyer and supplier. We stay in our lane.

Boss approval on every deal
No LOI is ever generated without explicit human approval. The agent negotiates — the Boss decides. This is hardcoded and cannot be bypassed by any agent, including external ones.

Supplier anonymization is non-negotiable
Factory identities are protected at the database level via Supabase RLS. Buyers see only REF codes. This protects suppliers from being cut out of the chain.

Compliance is not optional
OFAC, EU, and UN sanctions are screened on every deal automatically. Blocked deals cannot be overridden — not even by the Boss. This is by design.

Credits, not subscriptions
