The problem

Commodity procurement — steel, cement, grain, energy — is a $10T+ annual market. The deal flow is still largely manual: buyers call traders, traders call suppliers, 3–5 days of back-and-forth negotiation, a Word document, a PDF scan. The LOI arrives a week later.

The bottleneck is negotiation. There is no software that negotiates on behalf of a buyer with a live supplier — in real time, within a mandate, with a signed output at the end.
